π₯ Staff Augmentation & Consulting Policies
These policies apply to our IT staff augmentation, consulting services, and resource deployment for enterprise clients and consulting partners.
β οΈ Important: All engineers deployed are pre-screened and vetted by us. Free replacement available within 90 days if resource does not meet agreed requirements.
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement): Client data, intellectual property, and business information are protected under signed NDA.
- IP Ownership: All code, configurations, and deliverables created by our engineers belong to the client upon full payment.
- Background Verification: All resources undergo mandatory background checks before deployment.
- Replacement Policy: Free replacement within 90 days if resource is not performing as per agreed scope.
- Notice Period: Standard notice period for contract resources is 15-30 days based on engagement terms.
- Confidentiality: Our engineers sign strict confidentiality agreements before client assignment.
π Engagement Models & Terms
We offer three flexible engagement models for staffing and consulting:
Direct Hire
Candidate joins client payroll. One-time placement fee. Free replacement within 90 days.
Contract Deployment
Engineer on Anvigya payroll. Monthly billing. Timesheet or fixed billing options.
Project-Based
End-to-end project execution. Milestone-based billing. Full delivery management.
π Payment Terms: Invoices are raised monthly or at milestone completion. Payment due within 7-30 days as per agreement. Late payments may incur interest as per signed contract.
π³ Billing & Payment Terms (Staffing)
- Direct Hire: One-time placement fee payable within 15 days of candidate joining.
- Contract Deployment: Monthly billing based on agreed rate + applicable taxes.
- Timesheet approval required by 5th of every month for previous month's billing.
- Project-Based: 30% advance, 40% on milestone, 30% on completion.
- All invoices include GST as per Indian tax laws (GSTIN: 01AGJPV8404E2ZI).
- International clients: Billing in USD/INR as agreed. Wire transfer fees borne by client.
π€ Subcontracting & Partner Policy
For consulting partners and system integrators:
- 100% white-label delivery available (no Anvigya branding visible to end client).
- Sub-vendor staffing: Engineers deployed under partner's brand with our backend support.
- Transparent commercial structure with partner margins protected.
- All legal compliance, payroll, and HR managed by Anvigya for contract resources.
- Partner MSA available upon request.
π° Refund & Cancellation Policy (Products & Training)
All digital software licenses (including activation keys, downloads, and OEM codes) are non-refundable once delivered.
β οΈ Important: In case a non-working or invalid license key is reported, Anvigya Digital Services will verify the issue with the original distributor or OEM. Upon confirmation, a replacement will be issued within 3 business days. Refunds are not provided for valid licenses.
π For services such as AMC, training, or consulting, cancellations are permitted only before the service commencement date. Once the service has started, no cancellations or refunds shall be applicable.
π¦ Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)
Digital Licenses
Delivered electronically to registered email after successful payment confirmation.
Physical Products
Dispatched via DTDC, Bluedart, or India Post within 2β4 working days. Tracking details shared.
π Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service conditions.
π Terms & Conditions of Use
By purchasing from Anvigya Digital Services, customers agree to comply with the original OEM's End-User License Agreement (EULA).
- Warranty and technical support are governed strictly by OEM or authorized distributor policies.
- Unauthorized sharing, resale, or misuse of license keys voids warranty and support.
- All invoices are issued with GST.
π Privacy & Data Usage
Customer data (including email, phone number, and transaction details) is collected solely for order processing, service delivery, and communication. We do not sell or misuse customer data.

βοΈ Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
