Role Overview
We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on exposure to BMC Helix ITSM and Operations Management. The role involves supporting enterprise services, automating IT workflows, enhancing service management, and driving AI-driven operations where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
ITSM / CMDB
- Configure and support BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM modules
- Work on Incident, Change, Problem, and Request processes
- Manage CI lifecycle, reconciliation and governance
- Perform impact analysis using CMDB
- Maintain foundation data and ensure data integrity
Monitoring / ITOM
- Support BHOM / TSOM for event and performance monitoring
- Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, and alerts
- Work with PATROL agents and monitoring integrations
- Enable automated incident creation and root cause analysis
Automation & Support
- Support upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
- Create SOPs, RCA documents, and technical documentation
- Participate in 24/7 production support rotation

Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct BMC Helix/Remedy experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- BMC Professional Certification (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation certification
